What we collect

If you send us an office requirement through this site, we receive what you enter: your name, your mobile number, whether you are happy to be contacted on WhatsApp, and the details of the requirement itself — the kind of space, team size, monthly budget, approximate area and when you want to start.

Your browser also tells our server which browser and device you used. We keep that alongside the enquiry so we can tell a real enquiry from an automated one.

A mobile number is the only field we genuinely need. Everything else can be left blank.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and find you space. That is the only reason. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone marketing to you.

Cookies and tracking

This site loads three third-party tags on every page: Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and the Meta pixel. All three set cookies in your browser.

Google Analytics and Clarity tell us which pages get read and where people give up. Clarity also records how a page is used — scrolling, clicks, pointer movement — and replays it back to us as an anonymous session. The two fields on this site where you type anything about yourself, your name and your mobile number, are marked so that Clarity does not capture what you enter in them.

The Meta pixel is advertising measurement. It tells Meta that a visit happened and, if you send us an enquiry, that an enquiry happened — so we can tell which of our Instagram and Facebook adverts actually bring people here. Unlike the other two, it reports back to a platform you may also have an account on.

None of the three receive your name, your phone number, or anything else you type into the form. What reaches Meta with an enquiry is the fact that it happened, the kind of space you asked about and your team size. Nothing that identifies you.

You can stop all of it. Most browsers can block third-party cookies, and Meta lets you control ad tracking in your Facebook and Instagram settings. Blocking any of it does not affect anything on this site.

Nothing else on these pages tracks you: no other analytics, and no advertising network beyond Meta. If that list changes, this page changes in the same release.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored on our own systems and read by the Niu team. We do not pass them to third parties for marketing.

Some parts of the service run on separate systems with their own terms: room and studio booking at booking.niu.nu, payments through Niu Pay, and the Niu apps on the App Store and Google Play. What you enter there is governed by those services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as they are commercially useful — a request for space stays relevant while you are still looking, and afterwards as a record of what we quoted. Ask us to delete yours and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@niu.nu or call +965 4144 7176 and we will action it.

If you asked to be contacted on WhatsApp and change your mind, tell us and we will stop.

Children

This site is for businesses looking for workspace. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
